INGREDIENTS: WATER, ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (GARBANZO BEAN FLOUR, POTATO STARCH, TAPIOCA STARCH, WHITE SORGHUM FLOUR, FAVA BEAN FLOUR), TAPIOCA STARCH, GRAPE SEED OIL, BROWN SUGAR, ORGANIC CHIA SEED, SALT, XANTHAN GUM, ACTIVE DRY YEAST, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

INSTRUCTIONS: DON’T thaw this bread if you are going to toast it. Simply put the frozen slices in a toaster oven or regular oven (max temp-150°C/302°F) until they get lightly brown and crispy on top. If you are not toasting them, fully thaw the slices in room temperature for around 60-90 minutes prior to consuming it. This bread is wonderful as a crouton or French toast.
